     When purchasing a product, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full item listing before completing the checkout payment process.  The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website.  We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time. 

     When purchasing a candle or wax melt product, you agree to follow the directions listed on the warning label and burn instructions.  When purchasing gift baskets that include body products, such sugar scrub and bath bombs, you agree to comply with warnings and directions listed on the packaging, as well.

Privacy Policy

     And Everything Nice does not personally store any of the collected financial information you enter during checkout.  We do store your personal information (name, email address, and postal address) for contact and shipping purposes when you place an order or reach out to us through email or contact/order forms available on the website.  We do not send promotional or marketing emails, or offer a member service, at this time.  Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform.  Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.  Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications.  They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

 

     All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  PCI-DDS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Return policy

     If you are unsatisfied with your purchased product or if the item was damaged in transit, please contact us through email at AndEverythingNice18@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt of product.

 

In order for a refund to be issued, the following criteria must be met:

 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

• Please do not send the product back to the return address listed on the label. Contact us through email and we will provide you with the correct shipping address.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• These rules apply in all instances, with the exception of receiving items damaged during transit.  Please contact us through email so we may further assist you in this matter.
