WHY ARE THE 14 OZ AND 16 OZ CANDLES THE SAME PRICE?
We are currently transitioning from our 16 ounce glass jar candles to our 14 ounce black, matte jar; as it compliments And Everything Nice's rustic, farmhouse design. Therefore, we discounted our 16 ounce candles and will permanently sell them at sale price until our overstock is gone.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM GIFT BUNDLES?
We do! In addition to the variety of gift bundle fragrances and sizes listed on our soy candle page, we offer custom gift sets to meet the individual needs of our customers. Not all fragrances we offer are "skin-safe" but we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with your final product! You will find the link to our custom order form located near the bottom of our page. Just fill in the requested information on the form and our team will reach out to begin making your vision a reality. MY 14 OUNCE CANDLE ARRIVED AND THE SOY WAX ISN'T FILLED TO THE BRIM. WHY IS THAT?
The wooden lids that accompany the black, matte jars come with a silicone gasket to ensure an airtight seal. The portion of the lid that the gasket surrounds extends into the jar. When candles are overfilled, the lid will press into the wick, distoring the appearance of your soy candle.
WHY ARE ONLY SELECT FRAGRANCES AVAILABLE IN 4 OZ AND 8 OZ SIZES?
Our candles are hand poured and made in small batches, so we generally only offer current seasonal scents or specific "collection" fragrances in different sizes. However, as we continue to grow our business, you can expect to see a wider range of fragrances available in the 4 oz tins and 8 oz jars. Be sure to check our webpage often for updated products!
HELP! MY SOY CANDLE HAS BECOME DISCOLORED AND IS DEVELOPING WEIRD SPOTS ON THE SIDES.
Candles derived from natural soy wax may begin to yellow over time, especially if the candle sits in direct sunlight. Candles that contain fragrance oil with a higher vanillin content have a greater chance of yellowing. The "weird" spots that could potentially develop, called "wet spots," are due to the differences in temperature between the jar and the wax. Both issues are purely cosmetic and do not impact the performance of the candle, whatsoever.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you are thrilled with each and every item you purchase from And Everything Nice. However, if you are unsatisfied with your product and wish to initiate a return, please notify us through email within 14 days of receiving your item. Product must be unused and returned in the same condition in which you received it. Customer is responsible for shipping costs, unless otherwise noted.
